Default MBC Installed

Finnaly got it in the mail. ECS tuning forge MBC. Didnt have time to take pics. (Got dark quick).
I have been out testing it for a wile. WOWOW! I love it!! It will boost to 14psi max. I have the stock DV, and thinking thats why. (Not sure tho)
I bumped it down to 12psi. She only runs a little lean 6k rpms +. geting 12.1 a/f ratio up there.
With all the mods I have CAI, straight exhaust, new NGK's, new IC, and MBC. What do you guys think im making at the wheels?

12:1 is far from lean. thats about where you want it, if not leaner at 12.5:1. ALso, thats as high as that mbc will go. So whenever you want to go higher, its not going to happen.

I have read posts about psi cut off on the forge mbc. Is this true? I was thinking it was the stock dv leting air through. And yea 12:1 isnt really lean. Just isnt ideal 12.5:1.
even at 12-14psi this car is a hole new monster. I love it!!

well the stock one will eventually tear so you'll have to replace it sooner or later, but i've been running 18lbs on the stock one for about 4 months

The stock valves can hold 25+psi. The durabilty is what makes them iffy.
