I havnt been around in a long time Iam in the navy now. I have a few ?s iam either going to sell my car and buy an evo or sti or do a turbo upgrade and fmic and all that good stuff. Whats the best turbo upgarde out there now iam looking for something simialar to the ko4. What are the prices for them now iam looking for a kit.I remember a few companys where making kits befor i left but i havnt found them yet. Iam will be put about 5k into it if that helps thanks

Garrett turbo for a big turbo. Otherwise for moderate increase a K04.

 

Dudek, you can find a complete gt3071r setup w/ tuning and a fmic and exhaust for 5k. And you will be making 350+whp, if you want. That is what I would recommend. How handy are you...i.e., can you weld, or install anything yourself? That will make a big difference.

---fmic...................................can make a NICE setup for about 500, if you can weld, can bedone ascheap as 225(me)
---exhaust................................go custom 3" mandrel bent.....can be made for less than 400 at any shop.
---tuning..............................can go standalone for about 1500 w/ wideband o2 setup....or can just purchase the Tapp 630cc tune for 700, get the injectors for about 250-300 and the lightning mafs for about 100.
If you can install everything yourself, total is about 4400, if you go standalone, total is about 4900. There you go, you will smoke a lot of people with that, and be farily reliable.
But this is just my two cents if I had 5k to drop....
