LOL, I am not a total idiot. Yup I know how to turn them on.When I pull it out nothing happens so that is why I am leaning towards your thought with the switch. Thanks for helping me with all of the trouble shooting.

Make sure you have your high beems on. If you don't, the foglighs will never come on.
