Default loud noise sounds like wheel bearing but they say tire problem

Hello everyone, I thought I had a wheel bearing problem (loud noise coming for the wheels kinda like a humming/moaning sound when I hit 40 mph and kind of just faded away after 60mph) but 2 out of 3 mechanics say its bad tires, looks like the inner part of the tire wore quicker then the outer part. 1 mechanic told meby getting my tires reversed would fix my problem, could this be true? has anyone else experience this loud annoying noise because the inner tire wore quicker then the outer part?
thanks for the help

Hmmm could work, but the only reason why the inner or outter wore out quicker is because you need an allignment. The tires are suppose to wear out evenly. If your front end is in A+ working order, your problem would be to get a new allignment and then possibly switch the tires so they wear to the same level again.
