Default looked at a new audi today

so this one, its a 98 silver A4 1.8turbo. (im not sure if i like the black one better from a previous post)

it runs and drives great..but only a few problems:
1.for some reason when the door is open, the interior lights will flash on and off slowly when the key is in the ignition(any suggestions on what this could be?)
2.the gauge cluster display in the middle, the text is all choppy, it has lines going through it and ****(any way to replace this and keep correct mileage?)
3. Keyless entry system works, but the buttons are fucked on the key(it works, but hard to push, how expensive is this to replace?)

any help on these is greatly appreciated..i hope that i can eventually find a nice a4 to keep, and of course i'll post pics when i get one

thanks again

you can get a new key fob off of ebay, program it and have it cut.. dont think it would be terribly expensive

There will be an "airbag" badge on the side of the seats if you have side air bags.. The center dash readout thing I have that problem, but only sometimes now (it has gotten better over time) and the lights flashing means the car is haunted like the rest of ours, so just get it and join the club!
