Ive contacted a guy with a vag com close by..but I just wanted to see what you guys thought...

I have a boost problem/ power loss with my car...

It pulls strong through 3000 rpm..spools up...then basically falls flat on its face and pulls without the turbo and feels more like a NA car without the turbo at all

I have a cel...that I pulled with a autozone odb 2 scanner as a P1137 ...which says I need to replace my O2 sensor pre-cat...

Ive ordered the O2 sensor from ECS and should get it tomorrow...

but I really dont think a faulty 02 sensor should send such a power loss to my car...

thoughts???

 

any noticable sounds when it looses all its power?
have you checked all your hoses that have to do with the turbo?

 

yea...all hoses look good...no weird noises... plus if I had a huge leak I wouldnt have any turbo pressure at all...and it would be really loud

 

I fecked up my ankle for a few weeks, and was in limp mode...

well its just a waiting game to get the guy to email me who has the vag com then...

I should be getting my new o2 sensor from ecs today so Im gonna install and then erase the P1137 code see what happens...but Im thinkin that it has to be more than that
