I have a B6 A4 and i have stock headlights. They arn't xenons or any special type. My neighbor just got a new BMW and i looked at his lights at night (xenons) and they lit up a whole lot more than my stock lights could light. even with my high beams on. The Xenons are the brightest lights ive ever seeen. How can i upgrade that to my car? How much would it cost and where can i find some links to buy them at??

Id rather buy the whole (european) light assembily thing for somwhere around that price. Arn't the european assembly called E-codes???

 

yes, ecodes are about 300-400 bucks depending on where you get them, but they are still halogen and are not as bright as xenon lights...you don't want the a8 kit, you want the rs6 kit, and 300 is actually very reasonable for xenon, you won't find it much cheaper anywhere else except maybe a used kit on ebay

 

Exceptionally reasonable. When I had my truck, I wanted to convert the front end to a HID Envoy setup. Was gonna cost me near $600 just for the bulbs/ballasts and such. Plus at least that much more for the housings and other cosmetic stuff. Looks like a great deal to me.
