Default Leaking Passenger's side headlamp washer 03' B6

My passenger's side headlamp washer is leaking. It's very annoying. Anyone else experience this and what does it usually involve? Replacing the whole unit? Fittings? Seals?

Remove the headlight and see that the hose is attached to the washer correctly. Replace the o-rings, if that doesn't work, wrap some teflon tape around the nipple and then reattach the hose.

Both sides leak on my car. My mechanic told me that I would need to replace both headlamp pumps. He said that it is probably caused by the summer liquids which are basically water and soap.

Let me know if either remedy works and if it's the rings, what and where you pick them up at. Good luck..keep me posted.
