i know 110 k on my car too, i think im going to fill a bucket with liquid wrench and smother the thing haha. I still havent figured out if GIAC will put the j31 file on my ecu instead of normal ko4 if i ask them. They dont answer my emails.

Try locating a GIAC dealer near you. If you're going to attempt the turbo swap, get a Bentley manual. It's well worth the money.

Where are you getting the turbo from?

No need for a bently manual imo. Its pretty straight forward, surprisingly. Take the airbox out, 3 bolts here, 3 bolts there, and the oil return line and a couple hoses and thats all there is to it. Oh and a helluva lot of PB blaster. Dont forget the hardware install kit.

Its an AWE kit, and yah i just wanted to read over it to see if there is any tips i should consider, but yeah its not like i dont know what to do haha. No j31 file though, like i posted before, giac doesnt do the j31 so i guess ill live with stock ko4 setup.

Good luck, take some pics and post if you can. Did you find out what the name of the ko4 file you got is? What do you mean giac doesnt do the j31??? You mean for your particular ECU right?

Well, I sent them an email saying, i have to send my ecu in for the ko4 file, can i get the j31 file becasue i understand its a more aggressive file for the 2000. Kinda like the pc16 for the 99 etc, well they said we dont support that file anymore. So im thinking that they just have a regular ko4 file (doesnt need injectors) thats accessible to the b5, and thats what im getting since i dont need injectors like the pc-16 file does.
