I just bought a 97 a4 and I was wondering if you could take the integrated key/keylessentry remote from 98's on and program it for the 97.

 

I assume your talking about the switchblade?

Yes, it is possible. However it is pricy so you better have the dough to do it. The dealership will cut a key for you & program it.

I just bought a B7 key style key UNCUT from audiforums member and I will have to get it cut & program it.
