Josh, let me know if the turbo doesnt quite down a bit after a couple of days. When i first intsalled my turbo and drove off with it, i think it was alot louder then it is today.

The "Monster" Tool that I had to build to get that stupid cat bolt out. Consists of a 12", 6", and 4" extensions, 2 universal joints, the socket, and the wrench.

and how are you getting the pc-16 file? i thought it was discontinued? and are you gona be running pc-16 full time? cuz 26-28 psi out of a k04 is kinda overkill and going past the k04's efficiency range...

Chaos, I called torque factory and told them I wanted the big injector file for my car and they said ok, we will give you the PC-16 file. So i guess they can still get it? IDK. As for boost I am running a MBC and can adjust it on the fly if I move the controller inside my car (just need to lengthen the boost line. So then I can change it around.
UPDATE:
The Good:
So I fixed the leak on my turbo today. It took me two tries and $3 to get it to not leak. I ended up going and buying a copper crush washer to seal it off and so far it seems to be working. I am still getting a small amount of smoke from the turbo once it warms up but I am guessing it's just more PB Blaster burning off. It doesn't smell like oil burning so I don't think it's that.
The Bad:
I replaced my coolant flange and it is still leaking. It's actually leaking so bad that my car is STILL un-drivable until I get it fixed. One of the o-rings is not sealing right and I am spraying coolant everywhere. So that's tomorrows project. Why can't my car just run???
