you can use 440 but you'll need to tune them. f you can monitor there imput u can use lemmi to shorten there cycle so that they don't stay open as long(or it might be that they don't open as much i dont remeber). withere way you can use it to limit the fuel imput from the injectors

Not even close more like it, 10% max at idle, hardly enough.

Thats why i said S4 maf and again, thats massive overkill and high dollar for a turbo thats not going to net you anything more than a spike in power that lasts all of 300rpms.

on a B6, 440s will not kill the car. i know people that run 630's on a 440 BT file. ECU will retard the fuel automatically (up to 25%).

the way it works is the ECU is running in closed loop. it uses the lambda sensor to monitor the AFR, and if it detects that there is too much/too little fuel it substarcts/adds fuel accordingly.

those "correction values" are then stored in the adaptation channels - so after a while, your car will run fine. just as if it had 380's w/ the k04.

so 440's when his car calls for 380's. that's only a 14% difference, which is well within the ECU's compatibility...

but further more to the OP, just get an eliminator to swap that k04 out. you have all the supporting mods. all you need is a REVO flash and the turbo. then you're set

That sounds like some awfully big injectors for such a small turbo.. IMO
Don't just focus on leaning them out enough to not have the car run pig rich.. but also remember that by trying to do this you are also affecting the efficiency cycle of the injectors. I would bet your spray pattern will be all messed up, thus not giving you uptimum performance.
Just my experience with prior turbo applications.

i run TT225 386cc injectors on my B6 with a K04 and APR Stage +1 (K04 version). Even if the 440cc injectors will tune themselfs down so it isn't running rich, why not just put the correct ones in since it will be giving it the same ammount of fuel? Plain and simple, the exhaust/injectors you want to run are for a bigger turbo then the K04, if you inisit that 380cc injectors are too small for you then upgrade to a bigger turbo.

Lots of advice here and you seem to be ignoring all of it.

The 380cc injectors are still more fuel than you need for a ko3/ko4-15. The 440's are meant for cars doing 300whp and fuel pressure at 3bar. At 4bar it can do 325whp.

If the car stays at 4bar, gti/jetta/180TT 317cc injectors are more than enough at 4bar

Thanks for all the answers!
AndNO I don't ignoring all your advices, i read them with full respect. I check back when it's tuned and we'll see if it works or not.
But one thing I don't understand is why is 3" exhaust to large? I'm driving with it now and it works great, much more tq all the on the rev and the turbo spools longer too.
