RE: k03 power.
this may sound stupid, but is there a chip for a GT-28R?...if so, who would I contact?...
what supporting mods would I need besides these? 2.5" custom exhaust, DV, N75 race valve, MBC, TurboInletPipe, larger injectors (380cc), larger MAF sensor (from TT/vr6?), and an Fpr to match the tune (possibly adjustable?)....and a set of turbo headers....
I am going to get chipped in the next couple weeks, and then I am going to start gathering all of the supporting mods...I will be able to install 2.5" custom exhaust, N75 race valve, MBC, TurboInletPipe prior to the gt28r and whatever other supporting mods I need besides the ones above....
thanks again cincy

RE: k03 power.
of course there's tuning for the gt28r. GIAC and Mika come to mind. i would search around and ask guys who have that turbo how they like the programming they chose

RE: k03 power.
all you need is a revo 440cc file and swap in a 3bar fpr. Also, you dont need to switch n75's if your using a mbc. Finally, buy a kit, your not to familur with the parts needed and a kit will save you time, money, and effort.

^^^alright, I now have a good idea of everything I need!...now it is time to save pennies!
thank you!, I originally wanted to go Ko4, but I think for the $ a GT28 will deffinately be the best way to go...

RE: k03 power.
Yeah, I have to do some more research, the turbos ur talking about are big power, I would definately have to change my rods right?...I have a ton of faith in myself as far as a turbo install goes, but I really like to avoid pulling the top end...
do you think the unitronics 380cc file will be okay on a GT28r?...the rs and the t3t4 seem to be wayy more power than I am looking for...
the other question is, would I be able to run a hfc, or will I have to run a dp?...I am in cali and I would like to keep the car emissions legal if I can help it.
thanks

RE: k03 power.
380cc at 4 bar would be fine for a 28r, that is if the boost curve is somewhat the same. None of the turbos i listed would need you to change your rods unless you wanted to run above 25psi on the 50trim. Most kits dont come with a cat, but a universalcat or the stock cat can be made to fit.
