You just bought yourself a lemon. Good luck. Most Audis are lemons after 50,000 miles. Should've gotten yourself a Toyota.

First off, ignore the troll. Second, misfires on all 3 cylinders of bank 2 (driver side bank) would seem to say the cam sensor is bad (although it usually throws a code regarding threshold not reached, or cam over/under advanced), or the timing jumped a tooth. Do you have a record for the car having its timing service done? If not, you need to do this immediately as the car is significantly beyond the time when it is due. Bank 2 sensor 2 is the post-cat O2 sensor on the driver side and has only a remote chance of having any bearing on the misfire. And it's unlikely that your coil pack is bad - the individual coils on the 1.8T fail a lot but the 2.8 coils rarely have issues.

if timing off / jumps then the engine will be shaking, trembling. If it is not shaking then should be sensers.

It should but there's a chance it won't if it's only off by one tooth.
