RE: Jline "Staggerd offset" 19x8
and what are the losses ( the gains are obvious ) now tell the real story like the tyres dont last long or if you hit a match stick the car bounces, I done all that and like stock but that's a personal choice

well, its a stiff ride, you do feel the bumps. i'm not gonna argue the pros and cons...i just think its visually appealing, especially at shows, which is what my car is built for. i dont drive the car everyday, in fact, i drive it maybe once every couple weeks.
however, the ride isnt unbearable, and the tires do not rub any faster than on my 18's that i had.

I would say if you want 19" for looks, then do it. I personally don't think you'll see any huge increase in handling from 18" to 19" wheels. As you go up in size, the wheels and the tires generally get more expensive too. You gotta weigh out handling performance versus ride comfort. And stop calling a tire a wheel.

IMO a 19 does not look "too big" on a b5. i'm running 19's with a 235/35/19 tire no problems whatsoever.

What suspension are you running? It doesn't look like it's nearly as low as the race springs.

HAH, my car has never had any affiliation with any such cars, and i run 19s. In fact, most people LOVE the 19's.

i would not go anythign bigger than 18's on a b5, otherwise it will looke like a Mexi-Ricer Nissan Altima with 22's
