INJECTORS!?
I thought i was doing the right thing by buying used audi tt225 injectors... went to put them in and noticed they are too long for my fuel rail. anyone know why? i thought they were the injectors to go with if you wanted to go with APR 1+. have the Forge 007 DV finally and want to get flashed this week but have to figure out the injector issue any suggestions?

RE: INJECTORS!?
unless that second number is a typo, you have a differnt injector. The last number should be a 3 not a 2. What color are they? white or blue? They could just need a spacer. Go to the dealer and get 4 exhaust manifold washers and then longer bolts and you should be good.

RE: INJECTORS!?
yes a B6... and they are the light blue ones. the stock ones i have in my A4 are darker blue and have no aluminum shaft like the 225tt injectors have. thanks for the suggestion about the washers it makes sense i will give it a shot

RE: INJECTORS!?
there are 2 versions of the TT injectors. The ones ending in 2 and the others in 3. If you dont want to make your own spacers. usrallyteam.com sells them for $10 and should work if you really need them.

RE: INJECTORS!?
Any idea how the spacer system works? does it compinsate for the lack of shaft my dark blue injectors have and provide room for the longer shaft of the light blue tt225 injectors? the picture shows four bolts and washers not too sure what the bolts would be used for but it is recomended and for ten bucks i'l pay it and hope for the best. thanks CincyTT UDAMAN!!!

RE: INJECTORS!?
If the injectors dont fit like stock, you are going to need the spacers. It will basically move the fuel rail back to fit the injectors.
im not sure 100% that you need them, since i neverdid this. Not sure whatinjectors the aboveperson used. Think there was a white version also
