You should AT LEAST get some sort of compensation... I mean, even if you fix the wheel, it's still not new or how it was from before. Get them to give you a new wheel, (or $$ of the value of a new wheel), it's not right to treat customers like that, remember, customers are ALWAYS right.

Some dumbass closed the wash bay door on a brand new A6 last week. Another dumbass thought he was cool by gunning it in reverse out of the bay and took the passenger side view mirror off a GTI. Freakin idiots.

****, I've only got like 1,000 miles on my '08 and I'm afraid to even bring it in for the first 5,000 miles service, not to mention the rest that I've paid $590 for Audi Care .
