anyone have a stock grill they want to get rid of? i'm only interested in the rings but if i can find a good deal on a grill i'll just get the whole thing.

 

if u cant find any here, get one from a dealership (but u prob already kno to do that)

 

I've got a stock grill from a 2000 a4, i've also got a cracked sr4 grill. let me know.

 

try a junk yard.. they've got good stuff somtimes

 

No more black rings?

 

i'm having a really tough time debating whether to go all black again, or just the outer trim...it'll probably end up all black though, since i have color-matched automotive paint to use and i think it would look pretty good...i tried to resand my old rings and i started to take off the chrome plating. once you get underneath that plating, it's all over (peeling like no other)...so i went ahead and did a custom paint job on my rings...i'll post some pics up tonight or tomorrow

sorry, the blacked out rings got messed up when i tried to sand them for the second time. the chrome plating started to chip and it's pretty much worthless now. i actually spray painted them tonight (in the colors of my chosen religion [8D])....now they're RASTA RINGS!
