Don't buy a radiator from ECS. Shop around at your local auto parts place. Orileys lists one for my A4 under $120... ECS is a ripoff on shipping too.

Take a close look at all your hoses and clamps - if you need to replace anything this would be the best time.

order coolant from ECS when you order your radiator.

I'll look at my Bentely manual tonight - I'll scan it for you and email it to ya.

Check Purems.com - they are A LOT better on shipping

I looked at ordering some washers for the oil drain plug from ECS - cost $6.00 shipping was over $10
Edit:

$132 here check shipping first

I used to HATE taking the bumper off, biggest pain in the ***. Until about a month ago when I took an angled flat head screw driver (basically a flat head but at the very end its bent maybe 30-45 degrees) and stuck it in the crack with fender on top and bumper on the bottom. The thing popped off with no problem at all. So now it's super easy for me to get the bumper on and off, the hardest part now is taking off the 2 bolts. Oh and it hasnt damaged my body or paint at all and I've done it at least 4 times that way. If you are concerned with that just put a piece of cloth in there while doing it.
