My ashtray or coin holder (for me) is stuck because it was too full of change and a quarter fell behind it annnd i have to pry it open. Anything I can do myself?

 

ok well the story gets even worse.. the cig was lit... it had allot of burn time on it too... do you think I should still be woried about it after driving for a day?

haha jp but I doubt a ciggarette would be any harm to your car it might've burned some stuff though if it was lit but obviously its burnt out by now.

Took the dash off with my friend on his 90 coupe quattro, and found a mechanical pencil back there very early 90s design so its been there for 16 years... I dont think that you should be fine. You can always take off the dash if you want, but there are lots of fund ducts and wires
