id say at least an inch and a half or more, all depends on your own personal preference. but if your getting coilovers you can play around with it all ya want until ya like it...i plan on getting coilovers so i can drop my car during the nice months and once the snow comes back i can still raise it up so its still good in the snow....by the way, any idea what coilovers your gonna get?

Yeah, if that's stock, it's not the sports package because I've test fit my 18's (getting them refinished because I bought them used), I may have seen a 3rd of the wheel gap you have. I'd save the "I need to have my rims on because it's just killing me" thing and put your stocks back on until you can have your suspension worked on. There's no way I'd roll my A4 around with that much wheel gap...closing my eyes tight...
Nah...the gap still scares me!

wrong forum buddy.. you should be posting in the Q7 forum
but seriously, just measure the gap between the tire and fender. im guessing 3+ inches.. a good set of any coilovers will fix it without you having to think too much
