I currently have a B5 2.8. It's hard to mod out this engine vs. the 1.8.

Any suggestions on what I could do? Starting with the least expensive?

Just getting some ideas.

 

if you want power, you gotta spend. get supercharged for a couple grand. if you can't afford, you must be fast enough to embarass the competition.

 

na and fast are two words that are never cheap....

supercharge it and call it a day around 300hp

 

Youve gotta be kidding.. Dude you have been around here long enough to know what can be done for the 2.8, or at lest know where to find the "FAQ 2.8/3.0" Link. This is just getting stupid anymore with all the dumbasses on this site that refuse to search for commonly asked questions. This particular question is asked so often, its retarded.

 

I beg to differ....427 in a shelby cobra, 454 with rollerrockers, hurst 442, pre 2003 cobras/mach1, ls1's.

They all can be had for the price af a semi new a4. All are very fast = low 13's or lower.

But we are talking about an audi so yes an AUDI NA and fast= not cheap, but not all NA cars are ex[pensive to go fast.

lol nah Im a DSM guy, but I like sorts of performance. Id make more chevy comments as they are cheaper...nbut I just plain hate new gm products.
