how do you read the maf??
just wondering when you vag the comp how can you tell if the maf is working properly. i have a 99 a4 and cant seem to get rid of code P0102 and code p1545..so if the maf is working right then i can only assume that the chipped giac ecu i got from someone isnt compatible with my car and should replace it with the stock one. is it harmful to drive with those codes? it seems that the car likes to stall when i come to a stop after getting on it abit, but then will drive ok if i dont really get on it. im bout ready to give up and put the factory ecu back in...agghhhhhh

cant really see that too well but i think i get the idea. what should it be reading, so i know if its ok or needs to be replaced? if the cel code is saying low circ input wouldnt that entitle it is going bad?

If you just put in a chip, check to make sure that all the connections from the ECU to the wiring harness are tight.
