I was curious how all you guys afford your mods. I would like to do some mods to my A4 1.8TQ I got last August but so far have spent $2000 dollar at the dealership doing preventative maintenance, $600 dollars on new brakes, $600 on new tires, and will be spending another $500 for tie rods and some other stuff. After rent, bills, car payment, credit card payment, gas, and food I have absolutely no money to do mods when making $33000 a year. Do alot of you guys just make alot of money and can put the extra money you make into your car or do you guys just throw it on the credit card to worry about later? Just curious.

you can get tie-rod ends for $55.00 each, only need 2, and only take 10 minutes swap out, easy maintenance.
i followed another audi a4 b5 to see where he lives a few months back. it had a sh*t load of mods. i stole everything!! anything i couldnt get in my car i had to leave behind. i then set the car on fire so he couldnt tell if anything was stolen.

DIY repairs will save some green, and dude 600 bucks for tyres? www.tirerack.com usually pick up 4 nice tyres for like 250 bucks...
Also home equity loans.
And if anyone tries to steal off my car, they better be wearing Dragon Skin body armor, since they will be at the blunt end of my Bushmaster A2 6.8mm Carbine.
