How do you afford your mods??
I was curious how all you guys afford your mods. I would like to do some mods to my A4 1.8TQ I got last August but so far have spent $2000 dollar at the dealership doing preventative maintenance, $600 dollars on new brakes, $600 on new tires, and will be spending another $500 for tie rods and some other stuff. After rent, bills, car payment, credit card payment, gas, and food I have absolutely no money to do mods when making $33000 a year. Do alot of you guys just make alot of money and can put the extra money you make into your car or do you guys just throw it on the credit card to worry about later? Just curious.

For starters STOP GOING TO THE STEALERSHIP I MEAN DEALERSHIP TO HAVE REPAIRS DONE. You could have got all the work you had done at a reputable shop for much less. Here is a few other ideas.
Rob a bank
Get more credit cards
Get a second job
Steal the mods off of someone elses A4
Move in with your parents and spend your rent on mods
JK but really why let the dealership rape you?

I guess once you get older the hobbies that you do get more expensive. I'm on the same boat. Only thing is try to learn how to do some of he work yourself and save up. Try to pay off the car first and then start on the mods. Replace parts with better parts when needed, Dv, Exhaust, turbo ect...
If all else fails, rob a bank.
