I had a door ding removed by Dent Wizard http://www.dentwizard.com/content/11...umer_home.aspx. The ding was pretty small but very noticable and annoying as hell, however they are apparently able to remove some pretty impressive dents. The guy who worked on my car was an ****-retentive perfectionist, exactly what you want for this kind of work...

ya i've used the dry ice technique multiple times with great results. As posted before it's very easy just make sure u get goooood gloves or ur hands will hate you for a few hours(decent winter gloves should do it). I suppose if you got a big enough piece u could do a good size dent but i've only had to use it on dents from hail.

Dry ice is not the solution. it may work occasionally but more times than not it will fail and just mess up your paint job. PDR is the way to go but dont just start hammering stuff. do your reasearch and learn about it first.

Ya i've heard bad things about dry ice. i know the pros dont use it. i just keep hearing how its a cool little way to do Paintless Dent Repair, but i dont know anyone who consistently does it with success.

iam in school for autobody repair(second year)..and have NEVER heard of dry ice for dents..does it work for real or is a joke? and johnstefif you can get to the back of the dents on the hood they should be able to get them out no problem with PDR (Paintless Dent Removal).
