Default HID - Not so bright!!

Guys, I recently replaced my halogens to Valeo HID kit (bought off ebay). Infact, I bought the Valeo projector too. As somebody said I do feel a Day and night difference between HID's and halogens.
After all the fitting, I feel that the driver side light is not as bright as the passenger side. I parked my car against a wall and notices that the low-beam cut-off on driver side is not as clean. Slightly blurred!!! I tried to clean the bulb and the projector but it did not help.

Any guess??? Could it be my bulb or my HID ballast??

It may be the aim of the headlight, or it could be something that needs to be cleaned off the glass of the housing itself, not the projector. There's a chance you got a weak ballast, but they usually end up flickering rather than looking faint. I'm guessing a cleaning issue or an aiming issue.

check ur wiring too. sumtimes when a wire is barely touching a connector the current isn't all transferred. and let's hope it's not the ballast.

I did clean the glass housing too. The beam certainly does not flicker. Is there a chance the bulbs go weak by time?

compare the amount of charge going to the bulb on the bright side and the dim side. if they are totally different then i think it'll be the ballast

How do I compare the charge? Do I need a multimeter or something?

I dont have the link right now.Since I am at my workplace, I dont have access to ebay to find it either. Search for Valeo HID in ebay and you should be able to point out the one with the projector housing.
