Default Help w/ Front Up-Strut-Mount and Snub Mount

Hello,

I need help figuring out what these would be good for and should I replace them? I am in the process of replacing my front control arms. Should I also replace my Strut Mount? Where is the Strut Mount located? Is it inbetween the shock and the strut plate? What's the best way to get to it, and is it dangers to replace it (do I need to decompess springs, etc)?

Also, what is the Snub Mount? I'm curious why one needs to replace this or should replace this or when one should replace this? Also, where is it located, and how would I go about replacing it? Thank you guys.

Strut mount is attached to the top of the strut and screws down to hold the springs compressed and yes you need to decompress the springs.
