Help! Spare wheel really wobbly!

Help! Spare wheel really wobbly!
So I got a flat, and bent my rim. ****. Along with a new coil and/or ignition control module but thats a whole nother story. Anyways, I put my spare rim on, tightened the lug bolts all the way and start to drive, and the wheel sounds like its gunna fall off. So I jack it up again, and notice that the whole wheel itself is really wobbly. Think it might have to do with the lug bolts? I also found like a plastic ring (hub-centric ring maybe?) not sure if thats what they're called, but it was in my trunk. Tried putting the ring on over the hub (not very up on my terms here so bear with me) but I couldn't get the wheel on. I got angry, and didn't really have much time so I didn't try very long. I'll get pics tomorrow, but any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Earth to mark come in mark
Since you haven't replied i'll give you some possiblities
1. If you have stock wheels and you can't get the spare wheel on right you probably didn't get the wheel torqued correctly.
2. If after market you probably have centering rings which is getting in the way of the spare wheel, or you have after market lugs (longer than normal) which won't sit flush on a stock wheel, causing it to wobble.

Sorry, not sure if the lugs are longer than normal. But the rims were aftermarket, but now it is a stock spare, so they might very possibly be. The old wheels were miglia mmii's btw.

They actually look black on second thought. Bought a set of stock 15"s today, and they are still really wobbly. Lug bolts are a little too long i believe. But they are black, so they are likely stock.. I'm angry.
