Default Help with SD card

Has anyone used the SD slots behind the Navigation screen on the 06' A4? I can seem to get my cards to play the music files. I had a 1 Gig card, that didn't work. Then I got a 512mb card. I formatted the cards before i put the files on them and change the extentions to .mp3. All i get are the names going crazy. The music wont play.

Please help!!!

I'll gladly help you here since I know the solution.

I tried ATP, Sandisk, and Sandisk Ultra, they all work fine.

Check the format of your SD card. If it's FAT then Reformat it through "My computer" using FAT32. Then put a few folders of songs in there and try it agian.

If it doesn't work, try the FAT format instead of FAT32. It should work fine, the SD card should not be a problem.

Why are you changing the extensions to mp3? They should already be in that format to begin with.

Maybe they're WMA.

Well then he needs to convert the wma's into mp3, as the RNS-E (navplus) does not support any file formats except .mp3.
