i think it was meant for arming the car alarm and still being able to leave the windows down or sunroof open. i wouldn't do that personally, but some do.
i have seen some posts where folks adjust the sensitivity so that wind does not set it off as easily.

lmfao... good point

Didnt know theifs could just appear inside, usually it takes breaking in and makes it go off anyway

where is that button located? When I have my windows or sunroof open my alarm goes off and I think it has something to do with the motion sensors.

17mm socket for the plugs, and a pair of pliers to pull them out with after they are un-screwed

replaced spark plugs...still trying to locate some coil packs. so far after replacing the plugs...it still is irratic. it stars up but it idles around 1100 when i give it some gas, it'll go to about 2300-2500 then drop down to about 800 and no matter how hard i press the pedal it doesn't respond. is it a waste of time and $$ to still replace the coil packs? there is a cel but i can't check it...can't get to the store. it actaully starts up better and will idle somewhat steady at 1k or 1100...i'm completley stumped
