Can anyone help???

Bought a new A4 about 4 months ago with the MMI Sat Nav. It has twomemory slots for MP3's stored on SD cards, assuming Audi to be pretty state-of-the-art I went and purchased two 4gb memory cards only to find out (afterwards) that the slots only supportup to 256mb. I find this to be pretty useless in all fairness and just wondered if anyone new if there is an updated software that can be installed to rectify this. Is this something that software could overcome? or is it a hardware issue obviously meaning it can't be addressed without an upgrade?

Unfortunately, i think your SOL. It's aninternal hardware issue with the Nav unit, and the only way to upgrade the capacity is to upgrade the NAV unit.
