Default headlight washer problem

I have discovered a weird problem with my headlight washer. I did long research and found nothing.
Here is the problem:
Headlight washers retract as they should, but instead of spraying with high pressure on the headlight, it kind of splashes everywhere without any direction, like a fountain. Please let me know , if its fixable. Thank you!

Have someone activate the washers and try and catch them before they retract, check for the washer nozzles, they commonly fall out making it looks like a fountain when they spray.

You shouldn't have to "tune" the nozzles, if they don't spray correctly you have to replace the entire headlight washer to get the desired spray pattern. If you know how to pull the bumper its a snap to replace.
