has to turn over for 10sec after fueling to start?
As the title stated i have to hold the key turned and have the engine turn over for a good 5 sec after fueling up for it to start. and then after it starting i have to keep the rpm's above 1k for 30sec otherwise it would die. seems like i have to build up fuel pressure or somthing. Any ideas? I have a fuel filter that i am giong to replace but any other ideas on what it could be? This only happens after fueling up. how about the fuel pressure regulator? thanks!

If its only after re fueling, replace your gas cap. There is a valve in it that holds pressure in the tankand they are known to break over time. Lots of people have the same problem and a new gas cap is the solution, most of the time. Get your ecu scanned for fault codes if that doesnt work, but it should based on what youre saying..

Could also be your carbon canister and fuel evap purge valve.
There's a vent from the gas tank into the engine bay. It enters the carbon cannister, then there's a valve which opens up and lets the engine use the fuel fumes. If that system is faulty, you could have some problems related to the fuel tank level.
