Default HAH! Sold my B5 finally.

I guess not needing to trade the car in or take lowballers offers pays off. I sold my B5 A4 with 100377 miles this afternoon for $11,500.

I'm pretty happy she's finally going to be getting some use, paying off some of those CC and xmas bills is also nice.

Good for you man. Sounds like you got a lot for that car. 100K miles is a nice amount. Congrats.

Wow... I spent $14,700 on my 2002 A4 Quattro 1.8T. Sounds like you got a lot out of the car, good job!

it was a 2000.

It had body mods mainly, but had short shifter, stratmophere DV, snub and a couple of other misc things. We had the hood, bumpers and side skirts resprayed as well as timing belt control arms and a few other things fixed before we sold it so it helped bump up the price.

It was a private sale, the guy drove 3 hours from NJ to pick her up.

Here are some pics of the car if your interested.

That is one clean B5, I would have bought that car for the price you sold it for... Wow, that's a nice car. The buyer must be very happy, huh?

nice...

I would do a few things differently but thats just my taste...

or go all the way Rs4 with it.. ie uppper grill and rear bumber..no wing...and Rs4 replicas..but it was a clean ride for that mileage for sure

The wing was OEM, the grills were going to be replaced but ended up having to fork the dough into maintenance for it. It runs perfectly now but I'd had enough of it. Every time i wanted to mod something *bam* 1 grand for a new something-a-rather.

Now, its all warrantied until i mod that part then its on me obviously but I'm not paying for general car "issues" which is nice.
