Grinding when shifting, cold weather

RE: Grinding when shifting, cold weather
Well, it is slowly getting worse. It was more pronounced in the cold weather, but its starting to do it even when its not that cold out (its been in the 50s- 60s in the morning this week. It still goes away once my car warms up and the engine oil is up above 200.
I am going to do some digging around tomorrow to see if I can find any leaks at all.
Thinking about it more, I don't think I experienced this before I got the fluids changed. I had both a full brake system flush and a transmission flush at the same time. I used full synthetic in both, but maybe that has something to do with it as well.
If I can't find any leaks, I am going to run it over to a different shop and see what they say. Thanks for the help guys. I will post an update once I get this figured out.
