By all accounts, the Monaros... um.. GTOs are actually a lot of fun to drive, particularly if you like drifting around corners.

the NEW gto is alright bc it has dual exhaust, some cool air scoop, and it is lowered. Its just too plain looking for the power it has. The only reason you beat him off the line for a split second was because he had not pressed on the gass yet haha. that car's a monster.

 

You guys are haters on every car that doesnt have 4 rings planted on it. I like gtos, but there slow, they run like hgih 13s.

 

I'm a mechanic and in the past 5 or 6 years I really learned to Hate the big 3.
i mean the idea of a fuel pump replacement quoted by mitchel ranges between 6 - 12 Hrs !!!!
now what the **** is that !
i mean i had a couple weeks ago i had a firechicken in for a bad pump
guess what ??
to get to the sending unit and pump you had to drop suspension, rear axle with driveshaft and then proceed to remove heat shield and then tank.
and guess what the sender was right on top of the tank!

and thst not it... theres 16 different pumps available!!!

And whats next the new Charger is cute ???? ( That thing is ugly enough to scare children )

Europen cars proved it that THERE IS a replacement for displacement !!! Its called a turbo !

The new GTO is one nice looking car imo

 

I think the new gto is not a bad looking car and a 13 sec quarter mile isnt slow by 90% of the other cars out there.

 

I like the GTO. I love how it drives and I love the power, the looks could be a little better but I still like it.

 

meh... its a pos in my mind...

then again, iv never owned or driven a car with more then 6 cyl...

trucks yes... but not cars...

 

great drift cars thats y i like them and in this one movie i watched it had a body kit that made it look normal lil fast n furious but clean IMO
