Default Good tint quote?

I got a quote to tint y car for 225. That is for any tint i want and then if i was to get a ticket 30 to strip it. Good deal? What did u guys pay?

also i am thinking about 35% good? Rmmeber i live in CA so the front is illegal. Will it be too easy to notice?

Also i can only get a ticket if i get pulled over for something else right?

i paid $300 for mine..but i have a lifetime warranty...i dont think the price is bad..but i'm a sucker for lifetime warranties esp with tint cause i don't want it bubbling after a couple years or what not...so i paid extra to get the tint...there's some tinting forums around that i came across when i was researching about the different types of tint and what to look for in a good tint shop...u might wanna check those out..the people on there are like people who actually tint not just random people..so yeah..but basically i hear about 20% of it is what tint it is and the other 80% is the labor..so i dunno..my tint is suntek hp i believe..i got 35% all the way around too and i think it's actually pretty light..my last bmw had 35% but the tint film was 3m and it was a lot darker..and i both had black interior...so i think that the darkness really depends on the tint film so you might wanna see pics of the shop's work before setting up an appointment..

I live in CA and my other car is 35% front and 10% in the back.
I thought the front was kinda light. So yeah its depend on what brand. Oh and
I never have any problem with the police.

i think suntek is basically the industry standard...i paid 275 otd for mine in the bay area. 225 is a good price, as long as it has the lifetime warranty (all suntek brand films do)

i'm getting mine done 35 all around for 325 and a lifetime warantee.

Unfortunately the 5-0's are kinda picky around here and the legal limit for window tint is 50 up front.

yes it will have a lifetime warranty (95% positive) and so i decided 35% for front. What should i do about the back? So i do the rear window too? Not sure if thats included in the quote.

im thinking 35 front 20 back then i dont know abouyt rear windshield? 20 or 15? THis will help keep all the heat out right (i use a windshiled cover thing)? Is a rear indshield included in a quote if i asked for a audi a4? Or is that usually extra?

I like a consistent look all the way around, so I would say stick with one shade.

And cops can pull you over for it...99% of the time they won't, but they can. Stay with 34% if you are concerned about that, if not, go with what you like.

Also, be careful about lifetime warranty...it is only good as long as the company stays in business. Has the shop you are going to been around a long time? Are they a new start up? Tint places come and go pretty fast. So, if they charge extra for a lifetime warranty make sure they have a pretty good track record.
