ECS sells the N75H. It works ok with K03 software, but not the GIAC K04 software.

Finally! I got my GIAC FX and injectors in today. All I can say is damn! the power delivery on this thing now is so smooth compared to the APR programming.

There is also a buttload of power download, it was well worth the money. If anyone is getting bored with their regular chip, the injectors are def a nice upgrade.

Poopie went for a ride with me, I'm sure he'll have some impartial input too heh.
Stop.....you're making me reconsider my choice. AGAIN.
Will you be at the SoCal GTG?
I believe he's got a 1.8t not the 2.0t. They are very different engines.
Also, the 2.0T uses new modified K03, and stock boost is much higher than the 5-7psi he lists. The 2.0T may be closer to 10-12psi stock.

onepoint8tee, i'm curious how you get 20 psi? I have GIAC and the n75 race valve too and I get around 16 psi. Maybe I'm missing something?
I dont know?? Ever since i put the n75 in, i hold at 18-20 psi, but closer to 20 normaly. Before it was more like 17-18. I spike at 21-22 psi. Maybe it has to do with the type of n75 i have and that im DBW?? All I know is that its the n75 that ecs sells, if its the J or H type- i dunno. If you are REALLY curious, ill take a video.
I'm DBW too, and also got the n75 valve from ecs-tuning... weird. Now I'm jealous lol. I do have surging issues though so I probably have something funky going on with my turbo system. When my turbo goes I'll probably get a k04 with GIAC software, bigger injectors, and hopefully all my problems will be solved.

You upgraded your DV to at least a 710N when you got chipped right?? I had some surging with my stock n75, but the ecs smoothed everything out for me. Check your turbo outlet pipe from underneath the car to make sure its not leaking or coming off. Mine was very losely clamped on and i was able to pull it off by hand. When i tighten the clamp on it i noticed that i held boost longer. Also, i tried installing my DV in reverse and that caused some surging so i switched it back.

I am spiking at around 20-21PSI with GIAC X chip, N75H valve, Forge 007 DV and airbox mod (as per A4 The Quattro) which did help for 1-2 PSI. I get different holding of boost depending on the gear. I find it holds around 18-19PSI in 3rd/4th/5th. It holds around 16-17 in 2nd. I think I should check that outlet pipe... I wouldn't mind an extra 1-2 PSI being held.

My car is a 2000 so DBW also. Its all about that green spring!

I have a GIAC chip with a Turbo XS boost controller set at 20psi on my 99.5 all on a 710n. I used to have a n75 and a 007 but found this setup worked better for now. I will go back to the 007 when I go BT

I have a Bailey DV. It's a few months old but thats a pretty strong DV I doubt it's bad. I'm pretty positive i installed it the right way.

Do you mean the turbo inlet pipe? Is the turbo outlet pipe something different?

I found my invoice:

QTY Desc.
1 GIAC ECU Chip - 2000 A4 1.8T X + Single Performance File

So... I guess 2000 has the X file. No idea what the diff is tho.
