i just got my chip installed today. its good but not great. i was expecting huge increases but they were so so. theres so much talk of this upgrade being night and day. Maybe mine was programed with the wrong one. i don't know can i have some input

Which chip did you go with ?
You should see a huge difference..

did teh guy say if u unplugg the remtoe u will lose it or anything?

something definatly doesnt sound right, or you WAY overestimated the 50+hp/tq increase from the chip, which is hard to do seeing as thats an incredible gain. are you a 1.8 t?

i have a 2003 with 8800 miles. and yes i have a 1.8t. i don't knoe which program he used. any one in the ct area with just a chip i would like to compare. well i was on the highway (I-91) and was keeping up with a R32. he def had a exhust so maybe it is working. I don't know. I would really like to compare. by the way it is a manual

no, it just won't switch the programs, just make sure you're in accessory until all the lights stop blinking.
