Lot of people like the APR one because it goes into yout middle vent and looks really professional. I got an autometer because I like to see my boost gauge and the road at the same time... its mounted it on the center console, and it is my 5th autometer gauge with no problems.

APR is nice, but a little pricey. Someone on The Zine has a new b5 podi coming out in March for the top of the steering column. The Steve Warner gauge is very nice (isnt that what APR uses? or is it a VDO) anyway, you can get that gauge pretty cheap if you look around. Defi will likely be the most accurate, but with that comes a big price tag.

The VDO gauges are a great price and from what Ive read guys think they are pretty accurate.

I actually have a Boost/Oil Pressure guages on my A-pillar. I prefer them over the steering column or Vent.

Im pretty sure their Auto Meter "sport Comp" guages.

I have looked for those A piller pods EVERYWHERE and I can't find one that fits my car!!![:@]I have a 1999 Audi A4. Will the 96-98 ones work for it? Thanks

josh

P.S. any links to sites that have pods would be awesome!

You wont prefer them if you have side curtain air bags.... If you do, Id move those immediately.

Ecs tuning sells both the APR vent mount kit and a steering colum mount you can view pics on the web site. I have a autometer boost gauge and I love it.
