fuel pressure regulator

Default fuel pressure regulator

So i have a 98 1.8. the regulator is on the fuel rail.
there is a little clip that holds it in. do i just take out the clip and pull it out?
I tried and its like is stuck in there!
Im not good with anything regarding the fuel so help would be great here!
Dont know how to get it out!

You were doing it right. Slide the retaining clip out and pull the FPR out. You may have to pull hard.

yup just pull the pin out, I had to use some vice grips to get mine out. The FRP may be stuck in there good too, took me a lot of wiggling to get that out.

Thanks all. I just didnt want to break it. i was pulling and it wasnt moving and i was worried it would snap.
