I am planning on buying this FMIC in about a week and wanted to know if anyone has any complaint or suggestions regarding it. Im almost done buying all the parts i need for the whole k04 setup that i want with almost as much power as it can push out. Also....will this sound anything like how the intake does with a aftermarket diverter valve???(keep in mind it will have the K04 connected to it.

do you know if it will have the same sound as my aftermarket DV with intake or better (with k04)???

 

The fmic wont increase or take away any sound the DV makes if thats what youre asking? The k04 will spool/whistle louder than the k03. I guess the boost flow through the fmic will sound different than it does with a stock smic and smaller diameter piping. Itll sound good when youre all done.

Good luck with the turbo support bracket and oil return line though..

 

onepoint8, do you have any idea where i can get steel braided lines for th oil return line and the hose that conncts to the wastegate?? Ive been lookin everywhere and nobody really has a good answer on these forums about it??? Please help if you can...........

 

you should check renn-art they might have it... the FMIC on my k03 was sick so im sure it will ne twice as nivce on a K04
