What year model do you have?
sport sus. or no?
sport tires or all season?
size?
Which tires are on your A4?
I notice that the shimmy/shake is worse when the tires are cold.
Same with you?

Ok I got my car back from the dealer, they stated they road force balanced the tires. They did acknowledge there was a little shimmy. They said it was gone. Its back. I think I am going to have them switch the front and the rear tires to see if it goes away. If it is still there it has to be something else.
Any comments.

If you don't post the info, then please don't come on here telling us what the real problem is.
At this point your "experience" doesn't seem to relate to what we are discussing, especially since you don't offer any
other information.

I have the problem between 40 and 50 mph. I had the tires balanced and rotated front / back. Slight improvement but still shimmies. I have Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread 205 HR 60 x 15. Has anyone resolved the problem?
