I think ECStuning has the best deal on now 10% off, and I'll get the spring tuning kit too, with free shipping. It's about the sametotal price as on ebay, but at least it's from ECS with morereputation and such if there are any problems with it. Have you seen it anywhere cheaper new?

i had a forge 007, till it failed, key note compressor surge sucks, the audi dealership in melbourne(fl) had a coniption when they did the service on it, they told mestick with the apr r1 or the bosch 710n. he tried to tell me that his dyno pulls on his 98.5 ko3s a4 actually gained hp and tq from the hks

the 007 is garenteed for life. Your not going to gain hp/tq from going to a 007 to R1

the only way you chould get more hp from a new dv is if you old one was broken and leaking boost. the extra power would come from regaining you lost boost back

Drop me a PM with your address if you need a rebuild kit for the 007.

Valves that try to cover all boost ranges with a single spring will usually have some area where they do not perform correctly. Too light and they open at boost onset and gradually close, this causes loss of power down low and increase the time for your turbo to spool, if there is excessive boost drop from restrictive intercooler piping or a heat-soaked IC then it is possible for the valve to open under full boost as the pressure differential on either side of the piston/diaphragm increases. Too tight and they don't open at low boost, risking compressor surge.

So it is possible to pick up power from a valve. His assertion that the 710 or the APR1 are better than our valve is ludicrous.
