Default FMIC question?

Here is the question and thanx for you help.
If I keep the original configuration of the stock IC than I will cut the front PVC pipe and install a FMIC ,what will happen ?
Will it work with 2 IC or it will mass up.thnx.

You will likely loose some power due to the extra resistance added by the original intercooler.
As the air entering the original intercooler is now cooled by the FMIC, the efficiency (cooling) or the second intercooler will be minor, but all the internal resistance will still be there.

I am a little confused how are you going to run the second piping from the FMIC and I could definetly see fitment issues with this for sure do you plan on retaining your stock front bumper ?

just cut off your bumper and you will have no problems......lol....jk.....but really you are going to need someone that can weld and either a mandrel pipe bender or precut bends to make the piping. I am doing mine in a couple of weekends and I am buying precut piping. I also talked to some people that are using exhaust piping, they just powdercoat it so that it doesn't retain so much heat. So I will see how a friend of mine's turns out and decide what piping I will use. As far as finding aluminum piping...good luck. I live in Jacksonville, FL and NO ONE has that piping here. I have to special order it from places in Tampa or Atlanta.

Just go with a good quality aftermarket FMIC. I like the EVOMS piece because it fits quite nicely behind the stock bumper, and does it's job quite well . . .

The hardpipes are supplied in the EVOMS kit. They are powdercoated black, which I like because on my car the setup is super stealthy. . .
