just remember if you crank up the boost, the turbo is still pushing out 3-5psi more than is making it to the manifold.

Depending on the piping and ic size, it is possible

UHHHHHH... What a long day... AND IT'S STILL NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE!!!!

I told you the bumper was a pain in the a$$! Get some 4' cutoff wheels and go to town!!!

Ya turn the boost back up to make up for your psi drop (5psi is alot I lost 2-3). Your new FMIC will fight the heat way better then the stock smic.

OK, I am using 2 inch piping and yes it's an e-bay intercooler. I bought it from cxracing. I also do not have the mbc anymore because it was causing problems and the one I ordered from voodooboost.com never showed up and I lost $70 [:@].

I will be going to use a big cut-off wheel. I am taking a break from it tonight and will finish it tomorrow probably.

i would buy 2 maybe 3psi with your setup, but 5psi means something might be wrong. 2" piping and that little core shouldnt cause a 5psi drop.

Thats what I was thinking. I think I might have a boost leak because I can also hear a hissing noise. I don't know where it would be coming from though. I will have to try and find it. Oh and I found out that I have a leaky valve cover. It is leaking on my cat and smokes some. GRR... oh and my power steering fluid is low I think.

IT'S FINISHED!!!!

I finally got my FMIC and Bumper back on my car! WOO HOO!!!! To bad I can't drive my car now though. Stupid fuel lines.

Anyways here are some better pictures:

Oh and yes, my car is SUPER dirty!!! But it's been snowing so kind of pointless to wash.

The bumper was a PAIN to get back on. I was originally using a small dremel with a cutting disk and it took 5 min just to get through the metal crash bar! I finally pulled out my 4 inch RotoZip and threw one of those big cutting wheels and it went right through! I went through 2 cutting wheels however. LOL But it's finally on. I might go back in and cut out some of the little tabs on the bumper that you can see if you look closely or I might just leave them and get an S4 bumper sometime soon.
