Quick new question didnt find anything on this either....

the piping to the FMIC 2.5.... 2.75 or 3" again witch one

depends on your turbo setup.

if you have the stock k03 turbo then use 2.25

what do you have under your hood? i got all stock motor and stock turbo with a chip, and i have 2.25" piping i'll put up some pics soon.

yeah i'm all stock.. just getting good deals on some things so im gonna buy them and when i get all the things i want i will install them.... so 2.25 i wanna go BT but i need a different A4 unless i decide to put time into converting mine to a manual dont know yet... anyone know where to have my ECU chipped i cant find one already chipped for an auto... what would be the difference with a 2.25 and a 2.5

on your stock turbo you would lose boost if you went 2.5, 2.25 will maintain the boost as well as have added performance.

go to goapr.com and giacusa.com for dealers close to you (for chip)

Larger diameter tubing wont cause you to loose boost. May cauase an imperceptible increase in turbo lag, but the pressure at the engine will not decrease.

i lost 7psi when i went with 2.5" piping so now im switching to 2"

Plus the bigger the intercooler/piping, the harder it will be to fit behind the bumper.

ok so if i get a ko4 turbo i'll still be fine with the 2.25 im sure i could go look for this answer but to lazy plus im at school and have no time is it even worth buying the ko4... yeah i like EliteTuning1's FMIC setup.. im goin for that look
