That is a really shitty way to do the damage you've done... but I think with everything you've done -- it's a learning experience, right? Lets hope it all goes back together like it should, and you've got 150's accross the board. I got to rebuild a motor in high school -- was very fortunate to have the experience... complete tear down and rebuild... I've never got to use the knowledge I gained though -- the motor was on a bench to begin with. Tearing into the car is a bit unnerving for me at this point... but yeah, now that you've got everything torn apart, it's all downhill from here!

well you know the drill, It didn't look like there was anything wrong with the head. but as long as shes not cracked. looks salvagable. Anyway good luck with the rebuild.

thanks everyone, i have never done anything with internals so this is all new to me..pretty cool to and im learning alot, i have the new manifold and turbo and head all bolted together, and im making a new oil feed as we speak, as soon as the auto parts store open i will rent a valve spring compressor and try and pull the valve before 8am class...then after class I am putting the brakes on

try and see if they have one that isn't the C type I'll try and find a pic. It works 1000 times better.
not this kind, if you can avoid it"C" type compressor

like this one if you can find it.Valve spring compressor
I've just had bad expereances shooting keepers and stuff across the shop and through windows and stuff.
