I think the B7 A4/S4 would look supremely dope on S8 20".
They are almost identical to the RS4's 19" rims.

Anyone know where I can get the rims?

Anyone know if they'll fit?

20" will definitly fit on A4. I've check and asked around. I know someone who already had a 20" wheels on his B6 A4. So B7 A4 shouldn't be a problem at all. in term of where can you get one, i think if you are looking for OEM 20" you will never find it. Even if the OEM come up with 20" wheels its going to be very expensive.
After market, i bet theres always something similar to it ...
